The Role
We're seeking an experienced Business Analyst – Aged Care & NDIS Finance to support compliant, scalable, and efficient service delivery across our organisation.
Working closely with Operations, Finance, Compliance, IT, HR, and external vendors, you will analyse business processes, funding models, and system capabilities across aged care and NDIS environments. The role supports multiple business units, including People First Healthcare, InOne Healthcare, and Ace Renovation Group.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead discovery workshops and gather business and system requirements across operations, finance, compliance, and CRM
* Analyse aged care and NDIS funding models (pricing, budgets, claims, utilisation, service agreements)
* Translate operational needs into functional requirements, user stories, and test cases
* Identify system, process, and compliance improvement opportunities
* Support testing, UAT, and implementation activities
* Develop documentation, SOPs, and process maps to support governance and auditability
* Support change management, training, and post-implementation adoption
About You
* Experience as a Business Analyst within aged care, NDIS, health, or human services
* Strong understanding of funding models, compliance, and regulated environments
* Experience with CRM, rostering, billing, and reporting systems
* Analytical, solutions-focused, and confident engaging stakeholders
* Comfortable working in fast-paced, changing environments
