Position Description
Reporting directly to the Accounts Payable Team Leader, the role will involve:
High-volume processing of invoices daily via SAP (essential)
Ensuring timely payment of supplier invoices through payment runs
Resolving invoice discrepancies and handling queries
Supplier account reconciliations and monthly reporting
Investigating and allocating unallocated transactions in the General Ledger and bank accounts
Setting up new vendors and suppliers
Assisting with relevant reporting duties
Ad hoc tasks to assist the broader finance team as required
Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar role and the following attributes:
5+ years' experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable function
SAP experience (essential); Concur experience highly regarded
Strong Excel and MS Office skills
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Positive, proactive attitude with the ability to hit the ground running
Personable nature and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
