Role and responsibilities:
- Highly motivated with excellent problem solving skill
- Attending reception, managing incoming and outgoing mails, responding daily emails in a timely and qualified manner
- Collecting and returning Client's paperwork
- Assists accountants with day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks
- Performing daily bookkeeping tasks, includes Account Payable, Account Receivable, Payroll, General Journals, Bank Reconciliation, etc
- Managing filing and archiving
- Performing daily back ups
- Assist in Preparation of tax returns and financial statements
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness
- Adhoc Tasks
To be shortlisted you will have the following experience and characteristics but not limited to:
- 2+ years' work experience in a similar role in Australia
- Positive Attitude, proactive, team player, detail oriented, and eager to learn
- Sound knowledge of MYOB and Xero, Microsoft Office products and excellent computer skills
- High degree of accuracy, confidentiality and attention to detail
- Excellent time management and have a "can do" attitude
- Organised and able to meet deadlines, and adaptable to a changing environment and problem solving
- Excellent written and spoken Business English is a pre-quisite
- Well-presented and mannered. Trustworthy, Friendly and patience
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- Lives in Perth, WA
