Our organisation is currently seeking a highly organised individual to fill the position of Weighbridge Administrator, reporting directly to the Quarry Supervisor.
The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately monitoring and allocating trucks, operating computerised weighbridge systems, and assisting with HSE compliance and safety programs.
Key responsibilities include:
* Maintaining a safe system of work in the workplace.
* Complying with safety instructions relating to personnel entering site and communication.
* Providing project support to the quarry and concrete sites.
* Entering jobs into weighbridge and deactivating old jobs.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Advanced computer skills along with well-developed organisation skills.
* Experience in administration and logistics operations.
* Self-motivated with a strong commitment to safety and quality.
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team with minimal supervision.
