As we continue to grow, Technigro is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated people to join our friendly Natural Areas team across North and West Brisbane. We have multiple casual roles available with immediate start.
This is a hands‐on outdoor role working in some of Brisbane's most valued parks and natural environments. The work is physical and rewarding, ideal for someone who enjoys being outdoors and making a positive impact on the community.
About the role
Your day-to-day duties will include:
* Weed identification and control (spraying and hand weeding)
* Litter collection and site clean‐ups
* Brush cutting and general vegetation management
* Working as part of a team to restore and maintain natural areas
* You'll be on your feet for much of the day and working in varying outdoor conditions.
About you
Mandatory requirements
* Current driver's licence and own transport to attend job sites
* Certificate I or higher in Conservation & Land Management and/or Conservation & Ecosystem Management (or related qualification)
* Construction Induction Card (White Card)
* Highly regarded ACDC licence (can be obtained after commencement)
* Chainsaw ticket
* Previous experience in bush regeneration or natural area management
* Weed identification and spraying experience
