Daily responsibilities
Educate customers about their business options, providing sound advice on growth opportunities and risk.
Assess the economic value and risk potential of new business.
Identify new referral opportunities.
Prepare and submit customer lending proposals.
Ensure our customers feel supported and valued.
Manage day to day compliance requirements.
Qualifications
A hunger to find new opportunities with the goal of building long lasting relationships.
A genuine passion for customer service and extensive customer facing experience.
Strong financial acumen.
A commitment to strong risk culture, conduct and compliance risk.
Excellent communication skills.
A curiosity to drive efficiencies and effectiveness across the team, business partners and overall value chain by modelling NAB's values and behaviours.
Experience in lending and sound ability to read and interpret all aspects of customer financials (preferred).
