HR & IR Advisor - NWTD Project (Tasmania) at GenusPlus Group, a leading ASX-listed service provider delivering end-to-end power and communications infrastructure solutions across Australia. 
The NWTD project is a landmark program in Tasmania that supports large-scale renewable energy development and the broader Marinus Link initiative. 
The Opportunity 
We are seeking an experienced and driven HR & IR Advisor to support the Human Resources and Industrial Relations function for the NWTD project. 
This is a pivotal prospect within a nationally significant infrastructure program that underpins Australia's clean energy future. 
Responsibilities 
- Support the HR and IR strategy for the full lifecycle of the NWTD project, from mobilisation through delivery. 
- Partner closely with project leaders, contractors, and corporate stakeholders to implement workforce strategies aligned with project timelines and compliance requirements. 
- Provide expert guidance on enterprise agreements, union engagement, and industrial relations matters under Tasmania's industrial framework. 
- Champion a high-performance culture grounded in safety, inclusion, and respect, fostering local employment, skills development, and workforce diversity. 
Qualifications 
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business, or a related discipline. 
- 5+ years' experience in senior HR/IR roles within major infrastructure, construction, or energy sectors. 
- Proven capability delivering workforce and IR solutions for large-scale projects. 
- Deep understanding of Tasmanian and national industrial relations legislation, enterprise agreements, and contemporary awards. 
- Experience managing unionised workforces and engaging with multiple stakeholder groups. 
- Exposure to remote/regional workforce environments and DIDO/FIFO arrangements. 
- Construction White Card (OH&S; Induction).
