Sales Development Representative
We're seeking a highly motivated sales professional to join our Payment Technical Sales Team.
Our team is passionate about sales, digital payments, and helping businesses thrive in the evolving merchant payments landscape.
We support our clients to operate and grow their business through innovative payment solutions that enhance customer engagement and supplier relationships. Our expertise includes:
* Customer present and eCommerce merchant payments
* Alternate payment methods (e.g. Buy-Now-Pay-Later)
* Apple Pay & Google Pay
* PayTo & PayID
* Scheduled Payments
* Anti-Fraud technologies (including 3D Secure 2.0)
Your key responsibilities will be:
* Day-to-day pipeline management and execution
* Engaging prospective merchants across our segments, leveraging inbound leads and referrals from Alliance Partners
* Understanding client needs and recommending tailored payment solutions
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding and support
* Contributing to the expansion of our merchant portfolio through strategic outreach and relationship building
To succeed in this role, you'll need a passion for sales and customer interaction, an interest in payment technology, and strong verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills.
