About the role
You will support clients in their homes with:
* Domestic assistance (cleaning, laundry, meal preparation)
* Personal care and daily living support
* Companionship and social support
* Transport to appointments or activities (using your own vehicle)
* General household and community assistance
Every day is different, but the focus is always on helping people live safely and independently at home.
Locations
You will work across the Gold Coast, including:
Coomera, Pimpama, Hope Island, Helensvale, Nerang, Southport, Labrador, Broadbeach, Burleigh Heads, Robina, Palm Beach, Currumbin, Tugun and surrounding suburbs.
A reliable vehicle and willingness to travel between nearby suburbs is essential.
About you
We are looking for people who are kind, reliable, and enjoy helping others.
You will ideally have:
* A caring and respectful attitude
* Ability to work independently in the community
* Certificate III in Aged Care / Individual Support or working towards it,
or at least 3 months’ experience in care, support work, or domestic assistance
* Current Australian driver’s licence
* Access to a registered, insured vehicle
* Australian working rights
