Lecturer, Nuclear Medicine Position
Are you a passionate educator and clinician seeking a challenging role in Nuclear Medicine? We are looking for an experienced Lecturer to join our Medical Radiations team and contribute to the next generation of healthcare professionals.
This is a full-time or part-time (negotiable) Continuing position offering Academic Level B salary $115,303 - $136,925 p.a. (pro rata for part-time) + 17% Superannuation. Based at the Bundoora West campus and Flexible Working Arrangements.
About You
We seek a qualified professional with expertise in Nuclear Medicine who can prepare and deliver programs at undergraduate level, including online delivery, and produce high-quality curriculum materials. The successful candidate will have:
* Demonstrated ability to teach and mentor students in Nuclear Medicine while contributing to research and staying connected with industry.
* Ability to work effectively with colleagues and negotiate sensitively with students on issues related to effective learning.
* Emerging track record and recognition for quality research outputs which contribute to existing Discipline and School research areas.
* Excellent interpersonal and communications skills together with a strong commitment to teamwork and multidisciplinary collaboration.
Qualifications
The mandatory qualifications include:
* PhD in a related field or approved AQF equivalency with relevant industry experience (a minimum of seven years of full-time practice or equivalent).
* Registration or eligibility to register with AHPRA.
