Key duties may include, but are not limited to :
* Perform daily system health checks of the production environment and fine-tune performance issues prior to business hours.
* Initiate in-house tests during system health checks, troubleshoot, and resolve identified issues.
* Implement root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and resolve issues impacting SAP landscapes.
* Monitor and advise on SAP Java systems regarding capacity and load management.
* Monitor database load and activities, taking preventive measures against high response times.
* Create task cards for activities/issues requiring regular intervention for quick resolution.
* Assist during system patching and kernel upgrades.
* Perform SAP HANA system administration tasks such as health checks, on-demand tasks, and upgrades.
* Manage table replication on SAP landscape transformation servers for real-time or scheduled data replication.
* Monitor and troubleshoot HANA WLM and dashboard applications via system replication.
* Handle Change Management processes including assessment, RFC logging, emergency changes, scheduling, deployment, and post-implementation review.
* Provide technical support for Business Objects, DQM, and Data Services issues.
* Develop detailed cutover checklists and project plans, ensuring alignment with standards.
* Coordinate with system owners to develop test scopes, prepare testing, and ensure effective remediation.
* Report cutover status to project leadership and stakeholders, coordinating legacy shutdown activities.
* Monitor system availability and load using tools like DCRUM, Dynatrace, NAM, Watch4Net, Kibana, and Grafana.
* Collaborate with Network Operations team for system monitoring and issue resolution.
* Provide 24/7 system support and troubleshooting during non-business hours via incident on-call.
* Troubleshoot SAP Business solutions including CRM, ERP, SRM, S/4HANA, IDM, Fraud Management, BI/BW, BOBJ, BODS, DQM, and ESS.
* Assist with migration, implementation, and post-Go-Live activities.
* Resolve production incidents through OpenText Service Manager.
Mandatory Criteria :
* At least 5 years of SAP BASIS experience in a large, complex environment.
* Experience with multiple SAP Technologies such as CRM, PSCD, ERP, Java, HANA, etc.
* Experience implementing Early Watch Alert Recommendations.
* Proficiency in SAP ABAP and HANA performance tuning.
* Experience with incident resolution and root cause analysis.
* Knowledge of SAP System upgrades and related tasks.
* Experience with HANA & DB2 as SAP database platforms.
