**About the Role**:
- Manage and maintain the Raiser's Edge CRM database, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Process and receipt donations, fundraising income, and revenues accurately and promptly.
- Provide data analysis, reports, and dashboards to support fundraising strategies.
- Coordinate donor segmentation, targeted marketing, and evaluation of campaigns.
- Support the growth of regular giving programs through effective database management.
- Create and manage lists for direct mail campaigns and liaise with external providers.
- Reconcile fundraising finances, donation receipts, and online fundraising platforms.
- Assist with event preparation, setup, and support for fundraising activities.
- Provide high-quality customer service to donors and stakeholders.
- Maintain donor records, including updates to addresses, preferences, and communication.
- Develop and document database processes and provide troubleshooting for users.
- Ensure compliance with privacy, confidentiality, and work health and safety policies.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data and fundraising systems. Service the Adelaide Botanic Gardens Foundation committee to a high degree.

**Contract**:
3 year, part time contract
**Desirable Qualifications**:
Tertiary qualifications in business administration, communication and marketing and/or commensurate experience in fundraising, business and data analysis
**Special Conditions**:
- May be required to participate in fire management and associated duties
- May be required to work events after hours and weekends
**Remuneration**:
ASO4, $76,561 min - $80,256 max p.a., pro rata for part time hours.
