What You'll Gain As an HR Intern, you'll get hands-on exposure to core HR functions, including: Recruitment: Learn how to shortlist CVs, post job ads, and screen candidates based on skills, experience, and location. Compliance: Assist with tracking and following up on mandatory compliance documentation. HR Administration: Support record management, HR documentation, and policy-related processes. Training & Development: Observe and assist with initiatives that support staff learning and professional growth. We charge a success-based, internship facilitation fee of $2,200, payable only when you accept the internship offer by the host company after a successful interview.
