6. Develop and implement parts department policies and procedures.
7. Drive parts sales growth and foster new customer relationships.
8. Respond promptly to all customer inquiries.
9. Coordinate with service and sales teams to ensure timely parts availability.
10. Support the training and development of department staff.
11. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and dealership policies.
12. Handle escalated customer issues, ensuring loyalty and satisfaction.
