* Salary range: $121,360 to $129,998 p.a. (AO6)
* 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
* 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation

About your opportunity
As the Manager – Establishment and People Systems Governance, you will oversee and shape the governance of establishment and people systems at Townsville Hospital and Health Service. Your role will include managing establishment data in myHR, ensuring compliance through effective reporting and auditing, and coordinating Job Evaluation Management System (JEMS) processes. You will lead the governance of people systems, maintain current policies, and plan for future digital solutions in collaboration with leadership.
Highly desirable:
* Tertiary qualification in a human resource management, industrial relations or related field.
* Certification in Mercer Job Evaluation Management System (JEMS).
