Responsibilities
- Assist the Capital Markets team with securing sales appointments, conducting marketing campaigns and selling office, hotel, and living sector investments
- Use financial skills to analyse raw data and conduct financial modelling and analysis (Forbury/DCF/valuations); analyse economic and financial trends
- Perform a broad range of project related tasks such as corporate planning, investment advisory, due diligence research, development and market consultancy
- Coordinate departmental marketing programs including quarterly reviews, deal analysis, annual corporate marketing piece, etc.
Qualifications
- Degree qualified in Property Economics or a related course
- Experience in a property related field such as Consulting, Valuations or Finance
- Strong knowledge of the commercial property market
- Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel
