Maintenance and Facilities Administrator

Qualifications & experience

Strong organizational & time management skills

Must exhibit strong sense for detail and computational accuracy

Must have excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills to interact with key staff, suppliers and other parties

Good knowledge of MS Office/ Sharepoint and willingness to learn in-house software

Demonstrated ability to use and understand digital systems, processes and software

"Can do" attitude with a developed sense of initiative and motivation to get the job done right the first time

Previous experience with MEX and/ or Site Docs software is an advantage

Maintenance & Facilities

SITE FACILITIES - Administrative management of all site facilities. Liaising with all suppliers and ordering parts/ contractors as needed & maintaining records.

MAINTENANCE - Administrative Review of plant and machinery pre-starts. Generate work orders, order parts, record, follow up and close out on completion. Document filing, maintenance of machinery manual library. Develop & maintain machinery service schedule. Plant warranty claims. Organise contractors and parts as required.

MEETINGS - Develop agenda, take minutes, follow up actions, file & distribute (weekly) for Safety & Maintenance.

SAFETY/TRAINING - Administrative review, maintain registers, generate reports, prepare training/induction documentation, and filing.

STOCK TAKE & ORDERING OF SITE CONSUMABLES - Maintain and complete stock check/shopping list and order consumables and other items.

ADMINISTRATION - document management and filing support, general administrative tasks as needed
