We're looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to help customers bring their spaces to life—whether it's a dream home renovation or a commercial fit-out.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll be the face of our business, guiding customers from inspiration through to installation. Your day-to-day will include:
* Engaging with residential and commercial clients to understand their flooring needs both on-site and in the showroom
* Recommending solutions across timber, luxury vinyl, laminate, bamboo, hybrid, and carpet
* Undertaking measures and preparing quotes
* Managing the full sales cycle from enquiry to close
* Building relationships with consumers, builders, and commercial clients
* Maintaining showroom presentation and product knowledge
What We're Looking For
* Proven sales experience (essential) – you know how to build rapport and close
* Flooring industry experience will be highly regarded (similar industries such as kitchen, cabinet and window furnishings also advantageous)
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
* Professional presentation and customer-first attitude
* Current driver's licence

Working Hours
* Monday to Friday with alternating weeks Tuesday to Saturday (Saturday is 9am-2pm)
