Job Description:

The Lead Integrity role is a key position responsible for providing technical integrity support and sustainable solutions to the broader operations and engineering community.

This includes ensuring compliance with relevant standards, applying engineering principles, tools, and techniques to identify and prioritize major risks to safety or production loss/high-cost contributors for process plant equipment across Olympic Dam operations.

The successful candidate will lead, coach, and support the Integrity team to optimize maintenance strategies for critical equipment, improve plant integrity, and drive business outcomes.

* Lead the Integrity team to develop and implement optimal maintenance strategies for critical equipment.
* Demonstrate a commitment to safety by actively engaging in time in field & Field Leadership.
* Build and maintain internal and external relationships with execution and functional teams through embedded operational routines and understanding voice of the customer(s).
* Coach understanding and application of Maintenance & Asset Integrity processes within the team to support compliance with local requirements and global standards.
* Review and analyze inspection reports and fixed plant maintenance strategies, provide recommendations for corrective actions to maintain integrity to area equipment owners.
* Advise on repair, remediation, and mitigation methodologies for damage mechanisms.
* Conduct thorough problem-solving and investigations into plant performance issues, implement sustainable solutions to mitigate risk and eliminate defects.
* Exercise proficient level of technical knowledge and expertise to independently make informed decisions and provide integrity engineering support to execution.
* Improve performance and capability of fixed plant equipment through leadership of technical personnel in engineering disciplines and reliable decision making.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Process, or Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent qualifications.

Key Requirements:

* Demonstrated background in Reliability or Asset Integrity engineering with a focus on providing maintenance support and delivering continuous improvement initiatives.
* Previous experience leading teams.
* Strong problem-solving skills with a collaborative approach to finding practical solutions.
* Highly engaged, collaborative, and committed to building mutually beneficial relationships across functional teams.
