Express Engineering Australia Pty Ltd are looking for a dynamic, reliable & organised Administration Assistant to join our busy team.
The ideal candidate will have great attention to detail, excellent communication skills & the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Answer phones & manage email correspondence
• Process invoices, quotes & purchase orders.
• Maintain filing systems & office records.
• Support management & other team members with daily admin tasks.
• Assist with scheduling data entry & document preparation.
ABOUT YOU:
• Strong organisational & time management skills.
• Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience in using MYOB
• Friendly, professional & team orientated.
• Previous admin experience preferred, but not essential.
