About the Role:
A Field Service Engineer/Technician responsible for executing and coordinating all technical service activities across four distinct business units: Professional Diagnostics, Molecular Diagnostics, Tissue Diagnostics, and Sequencing.
This is a Monday to Friday role with a rotational on-call roster.
Your duties will include:
Performing troubleshooting, installation, and preventative maintenance on diagnostic instruments.
To ensure any ongoing instrument problems or issues are communicated to Regional Service Supervisor, National Service Manager, Account Manager, Marketing Team and or manufacturer.
Executing necessary software and hardware modifications.
Handling technical requirements for both pre-sales and post-sales needs.
Service delivery necessitates regional & interstate travel as required.
Spare Part Management and Boot Stock Accuracy
The Successful Applicant will demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
Electrical/Electronic tertiary or equivalent qualification.
Experience with IT and Middleware systems is desirable
2 years experience in a similar role
