**About the role**
Medical Scientists at the MeS3 level will specialise within a professional discipline demonstrate leadership and may coordinate a number of subordinate medical scientists and paraprofessionals. Focusing on increasing the value, contributions and effectiveness of the professional discipline within the agency or health unit. Operating under general policy direction in relation to the scientific aspects of a moderately complex area, the incumbent will determine operational priorities, strategies, work standards and allocation of resources providing a level of competence from extensive experience and/or additional study.

**Essential Requirements**:
- Current National Police Clearance (NPC)
- Working with Children Check
