About the role
As a Permanent part‐time (30 hours per fortnight) Home Care Services Employee supporting clients in Busselton and surrounding areas, you will be part of our BaptistCare At Home team that provides quality complex care and support to our clients in their own homes.
You may assist with a range of tasks pertaining to household cleaning, showering, dressing, food preparation, continence support, medication assistance and transport to name a few. You will also develop genuine connections with your clients and help them live their best possible lives.

* Earn $31.13 - $34.59 plus superannuation per hour + paid travel time + $1.04/km mileage reimbursement
To help ease some of the pressure from rising fuel costs, employees who claim Vehicle/Travel (per km) reimbursement will receive a temporary increase of 5 cents per kilometre for all reimbursable journeys until May 2026, pending review.
What do we need from you?
You will have an unrestricted Australian Driver Licence and a reliable vehicle with Third Party Property Damage Insurance to transport clients. You will be a strong communicator with resilience and patience. You will be a proficient user of smartphone technology, apps and email.
