What You'll Do:
Support the Licensing team by managing customer queries and administrative sales functions
Respond to inbound communications and assist with quoting, order management and issue resolution
Liaise with internal Account Managers and external partners to ensure smooth service delivery
Contribute to sales productivity by identifying upsell opportunities and leveraging vendor promotions
Maintain accurate data and prepare customer transaction reports
Build trust-based relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
What You'll Bring:
Experience in a customer service, sales support, or licensing role within the IT industry
Strong communication skills and a proactive, service-oriented mindset
Ability to negotiate and resolve issues effectively
Attention to detail and comfort working with data and systems
A team-focused approach and ability to work in a dynamic environment
Some knowledge of IT licensing programs and partner tools is highly desirable
Australian Citizenship (required due to client security and contractual obligations)
Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Certificate
Tertiary qualifications desirable but not mandatory
