Mastergroup is an established software development company in Subiaco, with 40 years of excellence in providing financial products and services for the Australian Agricultural sector.
We are seeking a proactive Bookkeeper/ Office Assistant who is seeking a role where they can be a vital part of our business. The successful applicant will be responsible for all financial activities and works closely with the CFO to ensure efficiency for all office management activities.
- **Please note, this role is working two days a week in our Subiaco office.**_
**Responsibilities will include**:
- End-to-end Bookkeeping activities
- End-to-end Payroll, Tax, Accounts, and all associated reporting activities (BAS, GST, PAYG, Company Tax, Payroll Tax, FBT, EOFY)
- Budget to actual reporting plus other financial reports as required
- Answer employee payroll administration queries
- Finance projects (as required)
Office management activities which will include but are not limited to:
- Reinforce office policies and procedures
- Purchase equipment and supplies required to operate the office effectively and as authorised by CFO
- Assist with the planning and logistics for Team get-togethers
- Be the point of contact for Finance and Office Vendors (e.g: Accountant, Insurance Broker, Office Leasing Agent, IT specialist, Cleaning Contractor & Office Maintenance)
- Monitor company software subscriptions due for renewal and liaise with Teams
- Extensive End-to-end Bookkeeping and payroll experience
- Has several years of experience in a finance/processing role
- Intermediate excel skills
- Has a good understanding of data privacy standard and HR systems
- Must have excellent time management skills and high attention to details

Part-time hours: 16 per week
**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
