We're also strong on integrations, IoT, cloud migrations and app modernisation.## Let's Talk about the roleThe Program Manager is responsible for leading and delivering complex, multi‐year transformation programs across application modernisation, bespoke software development, ERP implementations, and related digital change initiatives. This role ensures strategic alignment, robust governance, cross‐functional coordination, and strong stakeholder engagement across business and technology domains. The Program Manager will oversee multiple project streams, manage risks and dependencies, provide executive reporting, and ensure delivery outcomes align with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards.**Key Responsibilities:****Program Leadership & Delivery** Lead end‐to‐end delivery of large‐scale transformation programs, including application modernisation, custom development, cloud migration, ERP and digital enablement projects. Define program scope, roadmap, milestones, and integrated delivery plans. Manage multi‐disciplinary delivery teams (internal, vendor, and hybrid). Drive program performance, tracking schedule, budget, scope, quality, and benefits.**Governance & Assurance**Establish and operate program governance frameworks, steering committees, and reporting mechanisms. Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture, security, risk management, and procurement policies. Oversee stage gates, program audits, assurance reviews, and quality controls. Maintain accurate program dashboards, financial tracking, and decision registers.**Stakeholder & Change Management**Build trusted relationships with senior executives, business owners, delivery teams, and vendors. Facilitate workshops, briefings, and communications across the organisation. Manage expectations, influence decision-making, and negotiate outcomes. Partner with change management teams to ensure adoption, training, and business readiness.**Risk, Issues & Dependency Management**Identify, assess, and manage program risks, issues, and inter‐project dependencies. Drive proactive mitigation and escalation processes. Ensure continuity management, transition planning, and operational readiness.**Vendor & Contract Management**Manage third‐party vendors, SI partners, and technology providers. Oversee statements of work, performance management, contract compliance, and commercial negotiations.**Skills & Experience** **Essential**10+ years of experience delivering complex IT transformation or digital programs. Proven track record in application modernisation, cloud programs, bespoke development, or ERP (SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics) projects. Strong governance, financial management, and program reporting capability. Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills. Experience managing multi‐vendor, multi‐stream delivery environments. Strong understanding of agile, hybrid, and traditional delivery methodologies.**Desirable**Experience in government, regulated industries, or large‐scale enterprise environments. Certifications such as PMP, MSP, PRINCE2, Agile (Scrum, SAFe), or PROSCI.
