**THE OPPORTUNITY**
**Salary**:$103,913 to $116,383 per annum pro rata + 11.5% super + annual leave loading (depandant on qualifications and experience).
**Time Fraction**:Part Time, 0.8 EFT.
**Location**:Chadstone campus.
**WWCC**: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining and maintaining an 'employee' Working with Children Check.
**Position Status**:Ongoing contract of employment, with a 6-month qualifying period.
The Faculty of Higher Education are currently seeking to appoint an experienced Lecturer to develop, implement and facilitate contemporary, evidence-based teaching and learning methodologies to maximise student learning outcomes within the Bachelor of Sports Media and Bachelor of Sport Business delivered at Holmesglen Institute.

**ABOUT YOU**
- High quality teaching and experience as a lecturer or course coordinator, with knowledge of current issues/developments in the Higher Education and VET sectors.
- Ability to establish strong links with key industry stakeholders, professional associations and other education institutions.
- Comprehensive knowledge of contemporary issues in the sports media and/or sports business industry.
- Understanding of associated contemporary curriculum models and frameworks and the effective use of current technologies.
- Highly developed interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively negotiate and work through issues constructively with staff, students, and relevant stakeholders.
