They will also develop and maintain pay governance frameworks, procedures, tools, and training to support accuracy, integrity, and compliance with legislation and enterprise agreements. This role requires the ability to act as a key risk partner for payroll compliance, supporting audit readiness, performance reviews, and the identification of risks and remediation actions with a commercial and pragmatic mindset.
