Our team supports store goals by monitoring inventory, executing sales initiatives, and upholding the highest standards of customer service and safety. We encourage collaboration among team members to maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment, resolve delivery issues, and communicate our advantages over competitors.
As a member of our Pro Customer Service/Sales Team, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You'll be responsible for assisting at the Pro Desk, managing deliveries, offering specialized paint and product knowledge, and ensuring every Pro customer's project is a success.
