**The Company**

**The Role**
You will have the freedom to implement suitable test management tools and drive the UAT strategy in the direction you see fit.
**Key Responsibilities include;**
- Provide testing leadership, driving outcomes, ensuring full stakeholder transparency and team effectiveness
- Work collaboratively with internal and vendor teams to define testing strategies, manage testing activities end to end, and ensure quality outcomes for stakeholders.
- Work with Business Analysts to review, support and approve test plans for future change in configuration or core code based in business requirements post go-live.
- Design and execute test cases with the assistance of testers.
**About You**
- Minimum 3+ years UAT, hands-on experience
- Experience in Superannuation or related financial services
- Understanding of database structures would be desirable
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including co-ordination of key programs of work or projects
- Proven track record of delivery
