About the Opportunity Working within a busy Western Australian primary health care clinic in Broome, WA, you will independently manage patient triage, diagnosis, prescribing, and care planning aligned with a holistic Model of Care. This includes delivering advanced clinical assessment, providing culturally responsive treatment, and collaborating closely with Aboriginal Health Workers, GPs, and Allied Health. Skills and Experience To succeed, you will need: Current AHPRA registration as a Nurse with Nurse Practitioner endorsement Extensive experience in the assessment and treatment of illness/injury in primary care Advanced clinical decision-making and care planning skills Excellent cross-cultural communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently in a multidisciplinary environment Sensitivity, diplomacy, and discretion when handling complex or confidential matters Previous experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities (desirable) Benefits $150k - $165k p.a.
