What You'll Do Build and manage strong relationships with private hospital clients - you'll be their first call when they need cover. Get to know our nurses - their skills, availability, and where they like to work - so you can match the right person to the right shift. Manage incoming shift requests and allocate nurses quickly and accurately. Proactively monitor outstanding requests and fill gaps fast.
