Oversee daily operations of MCG's premium dining areas, ensuring smooth and efficient service and delivery Lead menu innovation in line with food trends and guest expectations Provide hands-on leadership, mentoring and training to develop a high-performing team Maintain exceptional food standards, safety compliance (HACCP), and operational efficiency Manage budgets, food and labour costs, using IT systems to drive profitability More about you Proven experience managing high-end restaurant kitchens, with Michelin Star & hatted experience highly desirable Proven ability to lead and coordinate multiple outlets and teams, with strong strategic planning capabilities A strong track record of leading and inspiring diverse culinary teams, with the ability to engage at all levels Experience in developing a variety of restaurant menus utilising quality ingredients and innovative technique Relevant culinary qualifications Proficiency in business technology, including stock control systems, spreadsheets, and accounting software Who we are With a capacity of more than 100,000, the MCG is the largest sporting stadium in the Southern Hemisphere.
