We are seeking a supportive professional to join our team as an Inclusion Support Assistant. As an Inclusion Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting educators to create an inclusive learning environment for children with diverse needs.
The available hours are: Wednesday and Friday, 10:00 am to 3:30 pm (11 hours per week).
Job Description:
This is a permanent part-time position available in Dennington. The successful applicant will learn on the job and develop skills in supporting children with disabilities and high support needs.
Your day will involve engaging with energetic children as they explore their Kindergarten environment through play-based learning activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care / Children's Services is not required but would be highly regarded.
* You will need to have or be willing to obtain a Working with Children Check (Victorian, Employee) and NDIS Workers Orientation Module certificate of completion.
