Overview
Reporting to the Area Manager, this is a full‐time role. You will play a key role in all restaurant operations and lead the continuous development of your crew members while maximising growth and profitability.
Responsibilities
* Conduct structured training for crew members
* Deliver individual coaching & mentoring sessions
* Develop shift plans
* Drive sales & profitability
* Monitor production controls
* Complete business reporting for sales, service & safety
* Maintain profitability by closely monitoring costs
* Manage all shift safety & hygiene requirements
Skills & Experience
* Retail or hospitality leadership experience
* Experience delivering exceptional customer service
* Exceptional organisational & time‐management skills
* Strong verbal & written communication skills
* Proven ability to adapt and learn quickly
Management Training
* Weeks 1‐6: Crew Station Training – exposure to completion of crew tasks
* Weeks 7‐11: Leadership/Management Training – shift running policies, procedures, expectations, goal setting, KPIs, food safety and delegation
* Week 12: Certification – training plan review and shift audits to confirm readiness for unsupervised shift
