Business Migration Specialist

We seek a dedicated professional to oversee customer transitions, ensuring seamless payments and financial wellbeing.

* Support strategic merchants with transition planning and execution.
* Conduct workshops to define customer requirements and communicate specifications to product teams.
* Act as a single point of contact for merchant customers, supporting transition activities.
* Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and video conferencing.
