Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Assisting experienced technicians with windscreen repairs and replacements
* Learning about advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) and how to recalibrate windshields
* Developing skills in glass chip repair and replacement
* Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for customers
* Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A strong mechanical aptitude and experience working with hand tools
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
* A commitment to ongoing learning and development
* A valid driver's license and the ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles
