**Job Overview**
We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Customer Service Manager to join our Harvey Norman Bendigo team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering Great Service, Always to our customers.
In this role, you will actively manage customer repairs and servicing, tag faulty products, and liaise with service agents and suppliers. You will also be responsible for keeping our customers updated on the status of their repairs, ensuring timely completion while providing outstanding customer service.
You will assist with administrative duties, including processing credit and debit invoices, claims, reconciliations, and reporting. Additionally, you will run weekly reports for repairs and service jobs as required by the Proprietor.
We require someone with experience in a customer-focused retail business, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. You must be able to juggle multiple tasks with a flexible attitude and have excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
The ideal candidate will be full of energy, ambitious, confident, and flexible, with a friendly and outgoing personality. They will work well as a team member and be able to service customers while managing work tasks around their needs.
