Site Supervisors - Commercial/Residential Maintenance & Individual Projects
About the Role
Focused Maintenance Solutions is a key player in building maintenance across Albury/Wodonga. We are a growing business and we are seeking capable Site Supervisors to oversee resdiential and commercial maintenance works and one-off projects. You'll coordinate trades, manage quality, and liaise with clients to ensure smooth delivery of work.
Responsibilities
· Supervision of day-to-day site activities
· Scheduling and coordination of trades
· Ensuring safety and quality standards are met
· Client communication and issue resolution
· Supporting and mentoring tradespeople and apprentices
About You
· Previous supervision/leadership experience
· Strong organisational and communication skills
· Trade background (carpentry highly regarded)
· Knowledge of WHS requirements
· Confident managing multiple jobs
