Reporting to the Shared Services Manager, you’ll be instrumental in maintaining healthy cash flow while working closely with both customers and internal departments. About the Role We’re searching for a detail-oriented Credit Controller who can manage accounts with a firm yet customer-focused approach. This role involves overseeing a key ledger, ensuring accounts are well maintained, and payments are collected in a timely manner. Working with a collaborative credit team and collaborating cross-departmentally. Key Responsibilities • Take full charge of managing the debtors ledger. • Ensure timely collection of payments while building strong, positive relationships with stakeholders. • Oversee daily banking, payment allocations, and account reconciliations to keep everything running smoothly. • Deliver exceptional service to both internal and external partners, resolving queries and ensuring satisfaction. • Set up new accounts and conduct credit checks, contributing to the growth of the business. What We’re Looking For • A minimum of 3 years in end-to-end credit control. • Excellent communication skills with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
