We are looking for a Night Manager to lead the hotel during overnight operations in a part-time capacity. This is a pivotal leadership position responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the property while maintaining exceptional guest service, operational control and safety standards.
Responsibilities
* Oversee all overnight hotel operations to maintain service excellence and operational efficiency.
* Lead and support the night team while fostering a professional and positive work environment.
* Manage guest enquiries, feedback and escalations with confidence and care.
* Complete the night audit process, ensuring accurate financial reconciliation and reporting.
* Conduct regular property checks to uphold safety and security standards.
* Respond effectively to emergency situations and operational issues as they arise.
* Prepare daily reports and handover documentation for senior leadership.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a Night Manager or senior Front Office role.
* Strong numerical and analytical capability with high attention to detail.
* Sound commercial awareness and confident decision‐making skills.
* Calm and solutions‐focused approach in high‐pressure situations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven ability to lead independently and take ownership of operations.
* Familiarity with Opera Cloud or similar hotel management systems highly regarded.
* Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends and public holidays.
