**About the opportunity**

With a workforce of approximately 250 people, and receiving visitors ranging from government representatives, media outlets, board members, shareholders, building managers and service providers, the Office Administrator is the "face" of Healthdirect Australia, as well as the go-to person for queries.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure all Visitors sign in upon arrival and are issued with a visitor pass.
- Act as first point of contact for all enquires.
- Coordinate and maintain office supplies including kitchen, stationery and general office equipment.
- Prepare and post messages on Microsoft Teams channels e.g. welcomes to new staff, weekly birthdays etc.
- Active participation in Office Management Team meetings.
- Assist with divisional or company events e.g., information presentations, cultural events, Values Awards etc.
- Act as an emergency warden and physical first aid officer.
- Monitor the Facilities Helpdesk and report and record facility safety matters to the relevant parties and ensure they are managed and rectified quickly.
**Skills Required**:
- 2 + years in receptionist role supporting 50+ staff members.
- 2+ years' experience working with Microsoft suite including Word, Excel, Outlook and TEAMs
- Customer service experience - multitasking, prioritising, dealing with difficult customers.
- Proactive attitude with a continuous improvement mindset
