Role Description
We're on the lookout for a Logistics Coordinator to join our WA operations, based at our Jandakot warehouse. This is a Full-time Maternity Leave Cover Role for 12 months, with the possibility of extension for the right person.

The aim is to place this role in mid-April for a 6 week hand over.
What you'll be doing
This role is all about speed, accuracy and communication — keeping outbound freight flowing smoothly while juggling multiple priorities.
You'll be responsible for:
* End-to-end coordination of outbound transport to ensure deliveries are in full and on time (DIFOT)
* Booking freight across metro, interstate and final-mile deliveries within strict cut-off times
* Daily communication with transport providers to keep everything running smoothly
* Managing documentation and labelling so deliveries are accepted first time
* Coordinating dock availability with the warehouse team to maximise efficiency
* Managing and reconciling the CHEP pallet account, including transfers, returns and investigations
* Supporting cost control through freight invoice reviews, quotes and carrier performance monitoring
* Assisting with reporting, reconciliation and continuous improvement initiatives
* Working closely with warehouse, supply chain, brewing and packaging teams
This is a hands-on role where pace matters — you'll be processing large volumes of orders while keeping a cool head and strong attention to detail.
Skills and Experiences:
What we're looking for
You'll be a great fit if you:
* Are fast, accurate and organised, even under pressure
* Have experience in logistics, transport coordination or supply chain (FMCG or beverage experience is a bonus)
* Have worked with freight carriers and 3PLs
* Understand DIFOT and customer service requirements
* Have experience managing CHEP pallet accounts (highly desirable)
* Communicate clearly and confidently with internal teams and external partners
* Enjoy working in a busy operational environment where no two days are the same
