Job Summary
The Service Advisor acts as the primary point of contact between customers and the Toyota service department. This role is responsible for understanding customer concerns, scheduling maintenance or repairs, preparing service estimates, and ensuring customers receive a seamless and professional experience from drop-off to pick-up.

Key Responsibilities
* Greet all customers promptly and courteously upon arrival.
* Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle symptoms and issues.
* Review maintenance schedules and recommend services based on Toyota guidelines, vehicle age, mileage, and history.
* Prepare clear, accurate cost estimates for parts and labour.
* Communicate with Service Technicians to understand repair needs and relay updates to customers.
* Track repair progress and keep customers informed of status changes or additional work needed.
* Verify warranty coverage, prepare necessary claims, and ensure compliance with Toyota and manufacturer standards.
* Review completed work and explain charges, repairs, and maintenance performed.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly service environment.
* Promote Toyota Genuine Parts and recommended service packages to enhance vehicle reliability and performance.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Service Advisor, Assistant Service Manager, or similar role (preferred, not essential).
* Strong automotive knowledge and understanding of repair procedures.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
* Organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
