The Role
As a Customer Service Officer, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued clients. You'll play a vital role in handling inquiries, resolving service issues, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond promptly and professionally to phone and email enquiries
* Assist customers with service bookings, account queries, and general information
* Coordinate with the operations department to resolve service issues
* Maintain accurate records and update customer accounts in our database
* Handle complaints with empathy and efficiency, escalating when necessary
* Support internal teams with administrative tasks as required
About You
* Professional and friendly telephone manner
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* A proactive and positive attitude with a strong attention to detail
* A commitment to delivering high-quality customer service and a positive, solutions-focused attitude
* Previous experience in a customer service or administration role
* Competent in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems (preferred)
