We're currently seeking passionate and reliable Disability Support Workers to join our team in Canberra and Queanbeyan.

About the Role
You'll be helping participants to live independently and confidently in their homes, workplaces, and communities. Daily tasks may include:
* Personal care (showering, toileting, manual handling, medication support)
* Meal prep, cleaning, and domestic assistance
* Transport and community access
* Supporting daily routines and building independence
Shifts available across weekdays, weekends, evenings, and overnights.
What we're looking for
* Experience (or lived experience) supporting people with disability
* Empathy, reliability, and strong communication
* Ability to work independently and with a team
* Integrity and commitment to quality care
Essential (or willing to obtain):
* Current First Aid Certificate
* Australian Driver's Licence + reliable, registered vehicle
* ACT Working With Vulnerable People card (or NSW equivalent)
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* National Police Check
* NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
