The Opportunity This is a true Business Development Manager role focused on growing and developing a high-potential territory across ACT and South NSW. You’ll take ownership of an established region with an existing customer base, while driving new business growth across commercial clients, distributors and end-users. This is not a passive account management role — it requires someone who enjoys being on the road, building relationships and actively growing a territory. Territory Coverage ACT / Canberra South Coast NSW (Ulladulla to Merimbula) Inland NSW (Goulburn, Yass, Wagga Wagga, extending toward Griffith) What You’ll Be Doing Driving new business development across your territory Managing and growing an existing portfolio of accounts Building relationships with commercial customers, operators and decision-makers Identifying and converting opportunities across regional markets Structuring your own call cycles and travel plans Working closely with internal teams to deliver outcomes What Success Looks Like Consistent growth across both new and existing accounts Strong pipeline and repeat business A well-structured, high-performing territory Trusted relationships across your customer base What We’re Looking For To be considered, you will bring: Proven experience in a BDM, Territory Manager or Account Manager role A track record of winning new business and growing accounts Experience selling into B2B environments (foodservice, FMCG, distribution, building products or similar) Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage a territory Confidence engaging with business owners and decision-makers Please note: This is a sales-focused role. Hospitality-only backgrounds without sales experience will not be suitable.
