Job description
This newly created role will work collaboratively with the Project Implementation Team and stakeholders to drive and support a phased implementation and roll out of a new IT system across multiple business divisions. You will have an integral role in supporting and implementing plans to ensure that users are well supported, trained and competent in the adoption and use of the new client information management system whilst also providing high level IT project support.
Ideally you will have experience in some of the following:
- Experience in working with Customer Relationship Management systems (CRM) such as Salesforce or similiar.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering training to a range of stakeholders
- Experience in documenting business and systems processes and proceedures
- Demonstrated experience in client management systems
- Experience in providing basic User Acceptance testing and support to operational teams, documenting testing outcomes and providing feedback to internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft applications, specifically PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- A good understanding of IT processes and proceedures
This role would suit someone that has worked in a customer driven IT environment supporting users. This is a permanent role with an approx salary level of $80-85k + Super + salary sacrifice options that will increase your take home pay.
