Responsibilities
* Domestic assistance: clean the home of older people to keep a safe and beautiful place to live.
* Help customers with meal preparation and shopping.
* Provide social support and transport to lifestyle activities and appointments.
* Personal care: assist with getting up, showering, dressing, medication management, mobility and therapy goals.
* Provide respite and emotional support, especially for customers with high care needs such as dementia.

What do we look for in a Care Worker?
* Certificate III or above in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability or Nursing.
* Experience of at least 6 months in a similar role, including personal care, manual handling, hoist training and medication management.
* You care about assisting our aged community so they can live independently at home for longer.
* You hold a current P2 class or higher Australian Driver's Licence and a registered vehicle – travel is part of the role.
* You are resilient, not sweating the small stuff and able to let things pass before the next customer.
* You are available to work at least 3 days – Monday to Friday. No night or weekend work here.
* You work independently and find solutions to everyday problems, knowing when to ask your Manager for help.
