We are looking for an experienced retail property manager to oversee a diverse portfolio with significant operational and financial responsibilities.
Core Responsibilities
* Manage the day-to-day activities of a mixed-use retail/commercial portfolio.
* Conduct monthly site inspections to ensure compliance and risk management protocols are upheld.
* Administer leases, manage budgets, and perform outgoings reconciliations.
* Oversee property expenditure and provide financial reporting.
* Collaborate with the Facilities Manager on complex FM issues.
* Coordinate with service providers and contractors.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
* Ensure operational compliance and risk protocols are maintained.
